• Bonus miles are eligible for rentals on all car groups in Asia and rentals on car groups C and above in the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands only.
• Minimum 3 to 5 consecutive days’ rental is required to earn 1,000 miles (500 base miles + 500 bonus miles).
• Minimum 6 consecutive days' rental is required to earn 2,000 miles (500 base miles + 1,500 bonus miles).
• Black-out days and advance booking restrictions may apply.
• Mileage accruals are based strictly on retail rates only.
• Miles and discounts are not valid for contracted rates, corporate rates, chauffeur drive, airline employees, tour operators or other net rates.
• If any AWD number other than the ones stated above is present in the rental booking, no bonus miles will be awarded.
• If any AWD number other than the ones stated above is present in a customer’s Avis Preferred profile and this is used in the rental booking, no bonus miles will be awarded and once booked, this cannot be reversed.
• To qualify, rentals must include the Royal Orchid Plus membership number of the first named driver (the renter) at the time of reservation.
• The Royal Orchid Plus membership card must be presented at the location during pick-up.
• Renter must meet standard Avis age, driver and credit requirements.
• Discounts may vary from country to country and depending on dates of rental.
• The promotions are not valid on Avis Prestige, Avis Signature Series and Avis Select Series rentals worldwide.
• The awarding of Royal Orchid Plus miles may take up to 6 to 8 weeks from date of rental and the award of miles are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
