  • The reservation period is from now to 31 October 2019.
  • The rental pick-up period is from now to 30 November 2019.
  • Promotion is valid for Royal Orchid Plus members at participating Budget locations in the USA (exclude locations in Alaska), Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Asia Pacific.
  • Bonus miles are eligible for rentals on car groups C and above only.
  • Minimum 2 to 6 consecutive days’ rental is required to earn 1,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles.
  • Minimum 7 consecutive days’ rental is required to earn 1,500 Royal Orchid Plus miles.
  • Royal Orchid Plus members must quote Budget Customer Discount (BCD) code #D625800, as well as ROP membership number in order to enjoy this special offer.
  • Black-out days and advance booking restrictions may apply.
  • Mileage accruals are based strictly on retail rates only.
  • Miles are not valid for contracted rates, corporate rates, chauffeur drive, airline employees, tour operators or other net rates.
  • If any BCD number other than the ones stated above is present in the rental booking, no bonus miles will be awarded.
  • To qualify, rentals must include the Royal Orchid Plus membership number of the first named driver (the "renter) at the time of reservation. The Royal Orchid Plus membership card must be presented at the location during pick-up.
  • Discounts may vary from country to country and depending on dates of rental.
  • The awarding of Royal Orchid Plus miles may take up to 6 to 8 weeks from date of rental and the award of miles are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
