Ticketing Fees

To save on standard THAI ticketing fees simply book and ticket Award travel whenever possible online at thaiairways.com

Full online Award travel booking at thaiairways.com/rop will soon be available, until such time the following Award tickets issued by THAI offices are not subject to ticketing fees.

- Award travel departing from cities that are not available in the online redemption list.

- Star Alliance Award tickets, multi-city travel, backtracking, stop-over and open jaw itineraries.

Service Fee Changes

Service fees applied to changes of Award Nominee lists, after the complimentary allowance of up to 5 Award Nominees, have changed and can be paid for by using miles or an accepted credit card.

Additionally, service fees for flight or date changes to ticketed international Award travel on THAI have also been adjusted.

Baggage Allowance Change

When traveling with THAI on paid discounted Economy Class fares in booking classes V and W the checked baggage allowance is 20 kg. When booking online or with THAI reservations please note if your booking class provides full 30 kg entitlement for international travel.
