New Award Chart

Commencing 01 October 2019, a number of changes will be introduced that can reward you with more miles.

The new earning structure provides more miles in many classes of service, depending on the paid fare and introducing new tier status bonus miles.

Mileage requirements that have remained the same for many years have been better aligned with similar frequent flyer programs. Mileage accrual changes have been designed to help offset Award increases for many members as we continue to recognize and reward our loyal customers.

Current Award Charts and mileage requirements remain available for redemption until 30 September 2019, providing ample time to redeem at current levels. Award bookings and ticketing can be made online when possible or with THAI reservations worldwide by 30 September 2019 using current mileage requirements.

New Award Charts have been simplified and formatted in geographic zones for ease of use. Mileage requirements are for one way travel, for roundtrip travel simply double the stated miles. Terms and conditions for Award Travel will remain the same unless otherwise noted.

New Award Charts are effective for all bookings from 01 October 2019 onwards.
