• Minimum 3 to 5 consecutive days’ rental is required to earn 1,020 miles (500 base miles + 520 bonus miles).
• Minimum 6 consecutive days’ rental is required to earn 2,020 miles (500 base miles + 1,520 bonus miles).
• Black-out days and advance booking restrictions may apply.
• Mileage accruals are based strictly on retail rates only.
• Miles and discounts are not valid for contracted rates, corporate rates, chauffeur drive, airline employees, tour operators or other net rates.
• To qualify, rentals must include the Royal Orchid Plus membership number of the first named driver (the "renter) at the time of reservation. The Royal Orchid Plus membership card must be presented at the location during pick-up.
• Miles can only be earned on one frequent flyer programme for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations.
• Royal Orchid Plus members will be eligible to earn miles only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
• Renters can only claim miles for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time.
• Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for miles – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded miles.
• If any AWD number other than the ones stated above is present in the rental booking, no bonus miles will be awarded.
• If any AWD number other than the ones stated above is present in a customer’s Avis Preferred profile and this is used in the rental booking, no bonus miles will be awarded and once booked, this cannot be reversed.
• Renter must meet standard Avis age, driver and credit requirements.
• Discounts may vary from country to country and depending on dates of rental.
• The promotions are not valid on Avis Prestige, Avis Signature Series and Avis Select Series rentals worldwide.
• The awarding of Royal Orchid Plus miles may take up to 6 to 8 weeks from date of rental and the award of miles are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
